Remember the Lion King, when Rafiki hits Simba on the back of the head with a stick? Today’s that day. The Home Platform is coming, the thing that cost $2.2 billion, and I’ve spent the last couple of weeks learning everything I can about it. Do I know when it lands? No. Don’t call me. But here’s what you can do right now to be ready.
- Know that your Cloze work carries over. The Home Platform has a Cloze importer. All the work you’ve done over the last year, and all the work you do between now and launch, gets pulled straight in. You take full advantage of it just because you did what you were supposed to do.
- Move from five contacts a day to 15. We’re getting closer, so the number goes up. If you don’t start now, next week it’s 30. I checked the math.
- Do all five things to every contact. Give them a segment. Give them a stage. Add tags. Add notes. Scan the QR code if you want to watch me do it. Do this now and you get every cool thing the platform can do from day one, instead of starting behind.
- Don’t plan on me doing it for you. If you skip it and ask me to organize your contacts when the platform comes out, I’m going to say no.
Your assignment this week: Two things. First, remember who you are. You are a Sotheby’s International Realty advisor, the best in the world at this, and from now until the Home Platform launches you’re going to be the best in the world at organizing your contacts. Second, do those five things to 15 people a day. Future you will look back and say, wow, my past self was awesome. Don’t make me get the stick.

Well, today’s that day. I’m gonna hit you in the back of the head with a stick. Welcome to an Agro Tool Time.
Today we’re gonna talk about the home platform. You know that thing you keep hearing about? The thing that costs $2,200,000,000 and all the cool stuff? Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been watching videos and learning everything I can about it and boy howdy, there’s a lot there. Did I just say boy howdy?
Everything’s fine. So here’s all the stuff that you can do right now to take advantage of all the cool stuff that’s coming your way soon. Do I know when? No. Don’t call me.
Just just wait. It’s coming. I promise. Alright. So here’s the cool part about the Home platform.
It has a handy dandy clothes importer. What that means is that all the work that you’ve been doing over the last year and all the work you’re gonna do over the next week or two or three or however many weeks it is, again, don’t call me. All that will be pulled into the home platform. You’ll take full advantage of all the work that you’ve been doing just because you’ve been doing all the things that you’re supposed to be doing because it is time. So because we’re getting closer to the great day when it is time, we’re going from five contacts a day to 15.
And if you don’t start now, next week is gonna be 30. I’m just checking your math on that. Yes. I got the same thing. So if you don’t remember what organizing your contacts actually means, let me go through it for you.
There’ll be a QR code where you can watch me do it. What it means is you’re going to go in, you’re going to give them a segment, you’re going to give them a stage, you’re going to do tags, and you’re going to do notes and it’s going to be beautiful, fabulous, and wonderful and because you’ve done all that work when the home platform loads, you know, you’ll put all your people in and then you’ll be able to do all the cool, amazing things that that platform can do right out of day one so you’re not behind because if you don’t do it now, you’re gonna ask me whenever it comes out to to do it for you and you know I’m gonna say? You are the best in the world at this, and this week and next week and every week until the home platform comes out, you’re going to be the best in the world at organizing your contacts and all you have to do is those five things to those 15 people a day and you are going to be absolutely set and you’re going to look back and say, wow, my past self was awesome. Look at all that work they did. That’s what you’re going to do because you’re going to listen to me because I am wise and I survived bears. Alright? I can done way worse than this.
