Make Your Database Sort Itself
Did you know your database can sort itself? Build the search one time, hit save, and it’s waiting for you every time you open Cloze. No more hunting.
- Open your people and hit the funnel. Top of the People list, tap the little funnel icon to start a search.
- Build your criteria once. Hot buyers, warm sellers, a tag, people you haven’t talked to in six months, whatever you want. Stack the filters until the list is the group you actually care about.
- Save it as an audience. Scroll to the bottom, hit Save as New Audience, name it, save. Done, forever.
- Summon it anytime. Top of your People list, tap the dropdown, pick your audience. There they are, ready to call or email.
The magic is your database does the sorting. All you’ve got to do is make the calls.
Your assignment this week: Build one audience. Some group you want to reach out to regularly, active buyers, warm sellers, doesn’t matter. Build it, save it, done.

I'm Kyle. Let's get started. Alright, so today we're talking about audiences. Here's how it works.
You build your criteria once, click two buttons, and it's saved. And it's there every time you open up your clothes. No more hunting, no more searching, no more anything. All you do is open it up and go.
Here's the idea. You want to find active buyers on your list without having to do all the scrolling and the clicking. Here's what you do. You open up your clothes, you go to people.
At the top of the list, you click the little funnel icon, and then you build out your search. Hot buyers, warm sellers, search a tag, it doesn't matter. You can even search for people you haven't talked to in six months. All you have to do is fill out those segments, scroll down to the bottom, hit save as new audience, name it, and save it.
And then every time you open up clothes, at the very top of your people list, you click the little dropdown and select the one you're looking for. The magic behind this is your database does the work. All you gotta do is make the calls. Your assignment is to build one audience this week.
Some group of people that you want to reach out to regularly. Active buyers, warm sellers, doesn't matter. You build the list, hit save, and there it is, ready for you. And you know what's cool?
