Creating a Contact with Maia
Meet a buyer at an open house, capture everything in eight seconds.
Capture a Buyer in Eight Seconds
You’re at an open house. You just met a great buyer named Emma who’s moving in from New York. Instead of scribbling on a sign-in sheet you’ll never touch again, do this.
- Tap the sparkle button and just talk. Say the whole thing in one go: “Create a contact, Emma Watson. Just met her at the open house. Tag her as open-house buyer. Her phone number is 702-555-5555 and her email is emma@email.com. Remind me to send her listings tomorrow at two, and remind me to call her next Thursday.”
- Add the follow-up email in the same breath. Keep going: “Also draft an email to Emma thanking her for coming, and send her my info from my bio.”
- Let Maia do the filing. Contact created, tagged, two reminders set, and a thank-you email drafted. Eight seconds. That’s the power of Maia.
The point isn’t speed for its own sake. It’s that the lead actually makes it into Cloze before you lose the paper, forget the name, or move on to the next thing.
Your assignment this week: Next person you meet, don’t write it down. Tap the sparkle button and tell Maia.

You're at an open house. You just met a great buyer named Emma who's coming here from New York. It's time to put her in the contact. Here's what you do using Maya.
I'm Kyle and this is Tool Time. Tap the sparkle button and say, create a contact Emma Watson. Just met her at the open house. Please tag her as open house buyer.
Her phone number is 702-555-5555 and her email is emma at email.com. Remind me to send her listings tomorrow at two o'clock and remind me to call her next Thursday. Also draft an email to Emma thanking her for the open house and send her my information from my bio. Just like that, you have crafted an email, you have created a contact, and you've added all their contact information in what, eight seconds?
That's the power of Maya with clothes. Hope you have a great week. Thanks for coming. See you next time.
