Crunch Time: Get Your Top 250 Done

How many contacts are in your CRM? Now, how many of them would pick up if you called and not think it was weird? Those are the ones we are talking about today. The new tool is coming out soon. I don’t know when yet, but we don’t have time for 4,000 contacts or 10 a day anymore. We have time to get it done.

  1. Pick your list. Start with the sales export you pulled last week. Your list is everyone in an active search plus every past client, the people who have already had you represent them in a sale or purchase or have promised to. That might be 250, it might be 400, whatever your number is.
  2. Make every one of them complete. Home address in the home field, mailing address in the mailing field, phone number, email, birth date, kids’ names, all of it. You can import all 4,862 of your contacts into Cloze and that’s totally fine, but the people who really matter need to be beautiful, because they make the biggest difference in your business.
  3. Fill the gaps with digital stalking. Anything missing, go find it with Facebook, TruePeopleSearch and your Forewarn app, the same way we did over the last three weeks.
  4. Do it on the plane. Most of you are flying to G&E. Your phone works in the air, and you don’t need wifi to update your contacts in Cloze, Agnify or whatever you use. Pick your poison and use the flight.

Last time on Tool Time: digital stalking with Facebook, TruePeopleSearch and Forewarn to fill in every contact detail. Call the number and ask to connect to Okta, the app that pops up and asks “was that you?” when you log in to Access. And addresses: home in the home, mailing in the mailing, because nobody but the post office can sell a PO box.

Your assignment this week: Get your 250, your 400, whatever that number is, completely done. Do it on your flight to G&E. When the new tool lands, you want those contacts ready to go.

Last time on tool time. Alright. So we have covered three things that I wanna bring up one more time for, like, the second time. Alright. So first thing I wanna bring up, I’ve even looked at my notes and how important this is.

Digital stalking using Facebook, truepeoplesearch.com, and your Forewarn app to find every single way to contact your clients and go through your clothes and fill out all those little tiny details like home address and phone number and birthdays and all that stuff that you did over the last three weeks. Right? Good job, team. Second thing, Okta, call the number. It’s gonna be so cool.

Ben said he could do a little ticker thing, so it’s just gonna be going the whole time I’m talking now. You’re gonna call that number and you’re gonna make sure that you can get into access. If you can already log into access, you’re mostly good. There was one part I didn’t cover and it’s making sure you have Okta set up. What is Okta?

Okta is a really cool little app on your phone just like Google Authenticator or all these other super two factor authentication apps that pop up and say, hey, was that you? And you click, yes, that was me, and then you get in. K? So you’re gonna call that number and say, I’d like to connect to Okta. K?

Cool. Last one, addresses. Putting the home in the home and the mailing in the mailing because nobody but the post office can sell a PO box. K? So those are three things we’ve talked about last three times on tool time.

And speaking of which, I’m Kyle. Let’s talk about something fun. How many contacts do you have in your CRM? How many contacts do you have in your CRM that would pick up the phone when you called them and not think it’s super duper weird? How many contacts in your phone would you even call and not be like, yeah, I’m not doing that.

That’s what we’re gonna talk about today because it’s crunch time people. It’s time to get it all the way done to the point where you can actually use this new fancy schmancy tool that’s coming out because it’s super, super cool. Alright? K. So we’re gonna talk about your top two fifty or 400 or whatever the number is because what you did last week is you exported all of your sales.

Right? And so you’re gonna look at that list. You’re gonna make sure you have all of those people organized. You’re gonna make sure the home’s in the home, the mailings in the mailing, the phone number, the email, the birth date, kids names, all that cool stuff is all gonna be in there because you wanna have some beautiful contacts when you import them into Close. Can import all 4,862 that you have.

That’s totally cool. But you wanna have the people that really totally absolutely matter be beautiful because those people are going to make the biggest difference in your business. So why is it crunch time? Because it’s coming out soon guys. I’m not telling you when because I don’t actually know yet, but I know it’s coming out soon and we don’t have time to do the 4,000 contacts.

We don’t have time to do the 10 a day. We have time to get it done. So let’s get it done right now. So we export it and import it. It’s all just gonna be like magic.

There’ll be like angels singing and that whole, like what’s that thing called? Chimes are gonna go. That whole sound thing is gonna be amazing. You’re not you’re just gonna absolutely love it. K?

So that’s what we’re doing this week. We’re doing the two fifty and while you’re at G And E, cause most of you’re going to have to fly there, I want you to do that while you’re flying because your phone, it’ll work in the air. You don’t even have to be connected to wifi to update your contacts and clothes or Agnify or whatever. You do to do digital stocking. So, you know, pick your poison, but please get your two fifty, get your 400, whatever that number is.

However many people you have in active searches, those are clients. However many past clients you have, those are people that I’m talking about. Those ones who have already given you money or always already promised to give you money. Those are the people I want you to talk to. And by giving you money, you know what I mean, have you represent them in the sale or purchase of a beautiful property.

It’s not all about the money, guys. Get it together. Alright. Anyways, that’s it. Thank you so much for coming.

Hope you have a great week. We’ll hopefully see you all at G and E. Talk to you later. Bye.
