Sales Meeting 10/19
I have been using Home instead of opening Cloze, and Likely2Sell is one of the reasons. Here is why I keep asking you to add your contacts’ home addresses.
- Add home addresses to your contacts in Home. Likely2Sell uses those addresses to identify properties it predicts may sell in the next twelve months.
- Review the contacts in the Likely2Sell category. I tried it with my friends and found two who were considering selling.
- Pick up the phone. Ask whether they are thinking about selling. The prediction gives me a reason to start a conversation before I see another agent’s sign in the yard.

Ever have a client list with somebody else and you found out because you saw a sign in their yard? Hi. I’m Kyle, and this is Tool Time. Before we get to that, I have a confession to make. Me, I have not opened in like a month.
As you know, we’ve all been working in the home platform for a few months now, and I gotta be honest, I wanted to hate it. I wanted to hate it really bad. Like, I’m kind of a Clothes guy. Like, literally, I have a stack of closed stickers because I sent a letter to their headquarters asking them to send me them. Yeah.
I’m that bad. Anyway, so I go, there’s no way it’s gonna be as good. There’s absolutely no way in heck. So I opened it up and within about an hour of playing with it, was like, okay. There’s a couple things that are here that are pretty cool.
Within the day, I was, like, kinda convinced that it was better. Within three, I was hooked. Guys, I haven’t opened clothes in a month. I’m not joking. That doesn’t happen.
I’m in clothes a 103 times a day. It’s really bad, but that’s how cool the home platform is. Its capabilities are way beyond what you’re used to, and the powers of it are way beyond what you’re used to. I wanna talk about just one today. Just one.
So you know how I’ve been giving you a bunch of crap about putting your home addresses for your clients inside Home? Well, let me tell you the why. And I may have mentioned this before, but I’m gonna go into a little bit more detail. So the Home platform has a thing called Likely2Sell. Likely2Sell is awesome.
What they did is they partnered up with CoreLogic, and you may or may not know the name, but they own basically all of the MLS software that we use across basically The United States. So they’re really good at data. So what the home platform did is they partnered up with them to look at all of the metrics for all of the homes that list or sell or buy or whatever in a neighborhood. So here’s what happens. It looks at all of your contacts and sees all of the home addresses, and then it picks out 123 Banana Street, for example.
It looks at the neighbors around 123 Banana Street and sees what they… Who who they were that sold. So for example, they have this much mortgage rate. They have this much equity. They have these many kids at home.
They owned it for seven years. Whatever. They find the average of all those people, and then they say 1 To 3 Banana Street looks just like them, so they’re probably gonna sell in the next twelve months. So like I said, I’ve been playing with it. I put all of my friends in, you know, all of them.
I have three. It’s fine. And two of them were in the likely to sell category. So I pick up the phone and I call them, and I said, dude, first of all, you suck for thinking about selling your house and not calling me. And second, are you actually thinking about selling your house?
He goes, yeah. How did you know? Now granted, that’s just two of my loser’s friends, but still, that’s two people anecdotally that said they wanna sell their house within the next twelve months because the home platform said they did. That’s pretty cool. So now you don’t have to wait for the sign to show up in the yard.
You get a notification to go reach out and pick up the phone and call them and get that listing first. That’s just one. We got a lot more coming. It’s gonna be awesome. Thank you all for coming.
We’ll see y’all next week. Have a good one.
