Improving Your Listing Searches

Your Listing Is Already on LuxuryRealEstate.com. Make It Better.

Search for one of your listings on Google and it already shows up above everybody else’s. Here’s the part most agents miss: it’s on LuxuryRealEstate.com too, fed automatically, and a couple of small tweaks make it better for the clients searching for your properties.

1. Know why it’s there. To show up on LuxuryRealEstate.com a listing only has to clear one threshold: over half a million dollars. That’s easy for most of ours, and almost every listing type qualifies.
2. You didn’t have to do anything. It’s fed automatically from SothebysRealty.com, so the listing is already live. You’re not adding it, you’re polishing it.
3. Log in and open the listing. Jump into the Luxury Lounge, find the property, and go in to edit.
4. Make a couple little homie touches. A few small adjustments, as my wife likes to say, tightening what a buyer sees when they land on your property.

Did you know that your listing already shows up above everybody else's when you search for it on Google? But there's a way that you can make it even better. I'm going to show you how today on Tool Time.

For your listing to show up on LuxuryRealEstate.com, it just has to meet one threshold, and that's over a half a million dollars. That's pretty easy for most of our listings. And the best part is almost all of our listing types show up there.

So when that happens, all you can do is log in. It's automatically fed by SothebysRealty.com, so you don't have to put anything in there, but you can go in there and you can just do a couple little tweaks, just a couple little changes and a couple little adjustments.
