Right now a client of yours is favoriting homes on Zillow, and you have no idea. Zillow’s about to rent that buyer to three other agents by morning. Here’s how RealScout fixes it in about a minute.
- Jump into RealScout. It’s already in your toolbox, same login as your Majestic tools.
- Build one search for one client. Use the AI search, it’s the easiest it’s ever been. Type what your client’s looking for in plain English, or set the basics: area, price, beds, baths. One search. That’s all you build.
- Send it to them. RealScout gives your client the entire MLS, more accurate than Zillow, more up-to-date than Redfin, personalized to them. Your pitch is that easy: “This is better than what you’re using, and it’s only for you.”

Actually, it's kind of scary. Right now, a client of yours is looking on Zillow, and they're scrolling through and favoriting properties. In fact, they just favorited one right now, and you have absolutely no idea. And because of that, Zillow is going to rent out your buyer to three other agents by morning.
Let's fix that. Hi, I'm Kyle, and this is Tool Time. So here's the thing nobody wants to talk about. Every single one of your clients is out there looking at properties.
They're looking on Zillow, looking on Redfin, looking on Realtor.com, doesn't matter. They're not looking at it with you. But you already have a tool in your toolbox that fixes this for you. And it's called RealScout.
And if you're not using it, I'm going to convince you to in the next minute and a half. Let's put a timer on and see how fast I can talk. RealScout is your own personal home search. You build one search, send it to your clients, and they can see the entire MLS.
And you can sell it super easy. You just say, look, this is more accurate than Zillow, more accurate than Redfin. It's more up-to-date, and it's more personalized to you. But here's where the magic really comes in.
As your client is looking at properties, a couple of cool things are happening. RealScout is being just a tiny, insie-bitsy, little bit, kind of creepy, and watching everything they're doing. They're watching every property they're slowing down on. They're watching every property they click on.

It is insanely good. I have used it as an agent, and I've used it as a buyer. And when my wife and I bought our property in Utah, our agent, shout out to Ethan, used RealScout. And my wife one day said, man, I can't believe how much work Ethan is doing for us.
This is awesome. And if it tricked my wife, it'll trick anybody. So here's your assignment. I want you to jump into RealScout, and I want you to put one of your clients in.
Just do its basic search. There'll be a nice little QR code with a little video on how to do it. It is super easy, especially now with the AI search. You do one search, and it'll start pinging your clients forever, and all you have to do is watch what they do, because every time they like a property or request information, the only place that lead can go to is right back into your phone.
